Indian Business Chamber in Vietnam (INCHAM) is a Non-Profit organization, licensed and established in January 1999 with the objective to strengthen ties of Indian Businesses with the Vietnamese authorities for promoting ‘Economic and Business’ relations between Vietnam and India and also to be the focal point of the Indian Community in Vietnam. In its short existence, the Chamber has moved decisively on each of these fronts. Incham was established in Ho Chi Minh City (formerly known as Saigon) which is commercial capital of Vietnam. Incham established its Chapter in the capital city of Hanoi in October 1999 to further widen and strengthen its presence in Vietnam.

Ms. Michal Jacob : is an Israeli lawyer, a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1995 and was certified as a foreign lawyer by the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam in 2016.
She has over 20 years of professional legal and business management experience, focusing on the Healthcare. Michal is based in HCMC, since 2006, when she first arrived as
CEO of an Israeli investment company. Since then held several C-level management positions, and currently Head of Human Resources and Legal at Family Medical Practice,
She has practical in-depth knowledge and expertise in private and public healthcare systems, and has worked on management, restructuring, operational, logistics, supply chain, policies, standards, JCI accreditation, regulations and compliance.
Ms. Hang Nguyen, Partner and Head of Labor and Employment practice of Baker Kenzie in Vietnam,
Thuy Hang Nguyen is a partner in the Ho Chi Minh office and head of the Employment and Labor and Compliance & Investigations practice in Vietnam. Regarding Employment and Labor, Thuy Hang focuses on various employment and labor matters involving contentious and non-contentious issues, including labor regulations compliance, employment aspects of corporate transactions, employment issues in relation to senior executives and managers, global migration and executive mobility, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, and labor dispute resolution..
Ms. Manisha Shah is the CFO of Momo, Vietnam’s leading e-wallet company. As part of the senior management team, her responsibilities include the finance, human resources, capital raising and investor relations. Over the last 20 years she has worked in corporates or advised clients in over 25 countries across the telecom, media, technology, financial services and auto sectors. She has worked at JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, TVS & Sons, Vodafone, and the World Bank. Manisha was born in Pittsburgh, USA, and grew up in Mumbai, India. She completed her undergraduate studies at Colgate University where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a dual major in Economics and Asian Studies and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
