The Know 2: DESIGN LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT (L&D) POLICY PRIORITIES ON ONE PAGER THAT WORKS

In the past years, manpower training & development (L&D – Learning & Development) has been invested significantly both in manufacturing & non-manufacturing industries. However, labor productivity in Vietnam has not been improved & investors mainly see the low ROI in L&D efforts.

L&D is the foundation of any successful business plan or strategy. During Covid19, the ability to learn faster than competitors is the unique sustainable competitive advantage of any organisation.
