The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam is hiring a full time Marketing, Communications & Engagement Manager, who will be responsible for the coordination of all communication and marketing activities for the Chamber. This includes social media management and creating and managing all marketing activities, supporting member relations, engagement and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring effective marketing and promotion of upcoming events and activities

  • Content creation and graphic design of all marketing materials in line with marketing plans.

  • Develop informative and engaging monthly newsletters to promote upcoming events, recap recent Chamber activities, and compile and share other relevant content.

  • Regular maintaining and updating of Chamber website to ensure utility and brand consistency

  • Managing social media channels to ensure vibrant online presence

  • Assist the Executive Director and Board of Directors in developing new event and business development opportunities; attending Chamber events, and assisting in developing targeted partner relationships and new memberships.

  • Proactively engaging with Chamber membership (member relations); bridge and support members and partners as needed.

  • Work closely with Executive Director, staff and Board of Directors on all projects as needed,

  • Manage part-time staff and interns specialized in supporting tasks related to marketing and communications of the Chamber.


  • Proficient English and Vietnamese language skills (written and verbal)

  • High School education with at least 2 years of experience in communications, sales or marketing

  • Diploma or degree in business administration, marketing, communication or related major

  • Proficient graphic design skills (content creation for marketing materials, such as newsletter and event banners)

  • Proficient office administration skills and experience
