Dear Valued Members,
It is our pleasure to announce that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam will be held on Wednesday, April 1st, at 6:00 PM at Sofitel Saigon Plaza.
Registration will begin at 5:30 PM.
Please ensure your 2025 Membership is active or has been renewed in advance of the AGM, or contact the CanCham Office to inquire about your membership status.
For members who are not familiar with the Annual General Meeting, every year we convene our membership to review & assess the previous year, outline plans for the year ahead, and receive comments and feedback from our members.
Our Executive Committee & Executive Director will present our financial and annual reports for 2025, and the membership will consider any proposed constitutional amendments or extraordinary measures submitted to the Board within 14 days of the AGM.
