Please join us in welcoming Ms. Lan Phan as CanCham Vietnam's new Executive Director.
Lan will start her work on 19th February 2024. During the transition, Mr. Zach Herbers will remain in his position and work with Lan until 6th April 2024 to ensure a smooth transition for the Chamber.
Lan Phan Silva is a Vietnamese–Portuguese citizen who earned her degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Hoa Sen University, Vietnam. She is fluent in Portuguese and English and has a deep understanding of Vietnam's key sector markets.
Lan Phan has extensive experience in diverse markets such as Algeria, Portugal, Hong Kong, and Vietnam.
She has a proven track record of success in her leadership position at the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam. She managed the CCIPV team and its members in various areas such as EVFTA, market-entry, advocacy, and more. She was also a member of the team that established institutional relations with Vietnamese government agencies. During her tenure with CCIPV, she played a crucial role in positioning the most important and famous Portuguese brands for products and services in Vietnam.
Apart from her professional commitments, Lan Phan is also a passionate advocate of social and environmental causes. She supports local charities and initiatives that foster entrepreneurship and promote sustainable business practices. Her commitment to excellence in both her personal and professional life is a testament to her dedication to creating a thriving and inclusive business community in Vietnam.
