Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PHAM at CNC Industries Ltd., located in Bính Dương. The role involves overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards, managing team performance, and collaborating with various departments to meet company goals. The PHAM will also monitor operational efficiency and support initiatives for continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production processes, quality assurance, and operational management
Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement methodologies
Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments
Understanding of safety regulations, compliance standards, and equipment maintenance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in the Mining, Construction, Earthmoving, or Energy sectors is advantageous
Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus
