Windsor Plaza Hotel is presenting the best of Hong Kong Street Food delicacies from 8 to 28 March at its Café Central An Dong. Every evening on the dinner buffet, diners can sample traditional Hong Kong favourites from the terrace that has been transformed into a bustling street food market. And on weekends, the Hong Kong specialties on offer during the lunch buffet every Saturday and Sunday.
Mr. Adwin Chong, General Manager of Windsor Plaza Hotel, said the terrace has been carefully reconceptualized to make diners feel like they are wandering the best foodie streets in Hong Kong.
“We really want to give people a chance to experience the Hong Kong streets as they remembered or watched on TV or movies.” Mr. Chong said, “During this difficult time, we know it’s hard for people travel and explore, and we want to bring that same sense of discovery to our guests, not only through the authentic offerings but also in the vibrant atmosphere found throughout Hong Kong.”
Each corner of the covered terrace has been carefully designed to reflect the style of a Hong Kong street food market. Neon signs illuminate the atmosphere, while aromas of fried dumplings, curries, stir-fried noodles, and grilled seafood fill the air. In total, there are more than 10 stalls offering classic Hong Kong flavours including fresh seafood market, inside the restaurant explore the standard buffet featuring favourites from Vietnam and abroad, including fresh sushi and sashimi.
The weekday dinner buffet is priced at just VND798,000++ per person including freeflow German beer and soft drinks. While the weekend dinner buffet on Saturday and Sunday is VND898,000++ with freeflow sparkling wine, German beer and soft drinks. The weekend lunch buffet on Saturday and Sunday is VND668,000++ including freeflow sparkling wine, German beer and soft drinks.
Café Central An Dong features a wide variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets.
