Recently, he relocated to Asia, specifically Hong Kong and now Vietnam, to support the growth of Lululemon, where he has been working for the past 6 ½ years. He is currently the General Manager of Lululemon Vietnam, in charge of manufacturing and production operations within Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Manuel holds a Master's Degree in International Business Management (trilingual: English, Spanish, French) from the University of Paris-XII and a Certificate in Strategies of Efficient Intercultural Communication from the University of British Columbia.
