2 Michelin Stars Chef Joseph Tsang from Hong Kong and his crew will be at Le Meridien Saigon from the 21-27 January, 2022. Chef Tsang will bring to Latest Recipe dinner and Sunday brunch buffet the “Taste of Hong Kong” with his signature dishes like the Crispy shrimp balls with Caviar, Black truffle shrimp dumpling, Liarong crispy duck, Traditional Peking duck, Abalone on stuffed Zucchini and so much more. The icing on the cake will be “Chef Tsang’s Special Lobster” with steamed lobster and a secret sauce that made his name.
